Dear Dr. Casarella and all the Staff, we just wanted to thank all of you for making Benjamin's first experience at your office such a pleasant one! He has always (luckily) been great about going to the Dentist but at 16, still a bit nervous about going to a new "grown up" office and also having his first cavity. Everyone we talked with and that worked with Benjamin was so friendly and explained everthing they were doing with him. He felt very comforable there. Happy we found such a great office!

I've been coming here probably since I've had teeth. I'm now 30 years old. I've always had great service in this office. Everytime I need an emergency appt. I get in with no problems. The office looks better and better everytime I come in. Nice and clean. The staff is AMAZING! I work in healthcare and I know how nice it is to have positive feedback. "After moving to Rhode Island in 1991 and receiving an excellent recommendation from a family member, my husband began seeing Dr. Casarella. He was very satisfied, and after hearing me complain for months about issues with my own dentist, finally persuaded ME to give Dr. Casarella a try. Now, mind you, we live near URI, and it's a good 40-50 minute drive from our home to Dr. Casarella's office. However, it is well worth the trip! Dr. Casarella is the BEST DENTIST I have EVER had!
